HVAC Supervisor

 Qualification Minimum SSLC or its equivalent.

• Technical Education: Diploma in Air-condition & Refrigeration or Trade tested certificate holder from a recognized government institution.
• Minimum 5 years experience as HVAC Maintenance Foreman or 7 years as HVAC maintenance technician.
• Should be capable of reading, writing and speaking English
• Must know brazing, Chiller & BMS System
• Should have basic knowledge of electricity & Understand refrigeration cycle clearly
• Understand the function of each component of AC unit
• Familiar with all type of tools needed for installation and repair of ac unit
• Should be able to repair window, split AC unit independently. Few examples of repair works have been mentioned below:
• Replacement of defective compressor
• Replacement of blower motor
• Replacement of condenser/evaporator coil
• Should be capable of trouble shooting & fault finding of various types and makes of AC units.
• Clearly read, understand electrical circuit diagram of various types & make of AC units.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Candidate with driving license will get preference.
• Age between 25 and 35 years.(Male)
• Good Health.

Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 8+ years Experience in the relevant field.
• Capable to execute multi task functions within the Mechanical Department.
• Should have relevant experience in the field of building services such as planning, execution, testing & commissioning of HVAC Systems such as chilled water and DX systems.
• Candidate who has the experience in the building services apart from HVAC such plumbing, drainage and fire fighting will have preference.
• Familiar with all the inspection procedures related to above.
• Should be able to make quantity take off.
• Capable to lead the site team.
• Candidate with Gulf Experience and Driving license shall be preferred.
• Good communication skill.
