• Monitors Subcontractors work schedule, safety performance and work quality.
• Interpersonal Skills: Tactful and mature demeanor who works well with diverse personalities.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• Organizes and attends site meetings on Contractors and Suppliers quality and performance to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.
• Prepares regular reports on progress and requirements for labors, materials, machinery and equipment at the construction site.
