Production Engineer for Kenya

 Company Details:

Co. to be based in Kenya' East Africa manufacturing a variety of slippers and shoes of the full range with a different pattern, materials, colors, and range.

Candidate Requirements:

Education Qualification:

B.Sc. or Degree / Diploma in plastic/ polymer technology.

Experience: The candidate should have 8+ years of work experience in the footwear industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate has a strong knowledge of the production, material, extrusion & quality of the Footwear manufacturing process.
• The candidate has knowledge of machines like KABRA, WINDSOR, etc
• The candidate should material processing knowledge like PVC, PPR, HDPE, and masterbatch.
• The candidate has a strong knowledge of PVC compounding and cable compounding.
• The candidate should have working experience with a fully automated European compounding line.

• Candidates have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
