Co. to be based in Kenya' East Africa manufacturing a variety of slippers and shoes of the full range with a different pattern, materials, colors, and range.

Candidate Requirements:

Education Qualification:

Diploma Engineering in Footwear Technology.

Experience: The candidate should have 8+ years of work experience in the footwear industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate has a strong knowledge of the Production & assembly of the Footwear manufacturing process.
• The candidate has good experience in shoe Cutting, Stitching, and Lasting to the final Assembly of Leather shoes.
• The candidate is preferably good exposure to the Shoe Finishing process for footwear.
• The candidate having good knowledge of Formal shoes, Casual shoes, School Shoes, and safety shoes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
