Electrical Technician for Abu Dhabi, UAE

 Required for leading Facility Management Company in Abu Dhabi.

Job Title: Electrical Technician (Facility Management)

Job Description:

The Electrician will troubleshoot and maintain the assigned Electrical assets within the premise. This will include both PPMs and Reactive Work. The Electrician is also expected to keep records of all work completed as well as carry out risk assessments before each given task.

Responsibilities

• Trouble Shooting of Electrical circuits
• Carry out PPMs and attend reactive tasks
• Electrical Testing of DBs and Wiring
• Changing Lights and troubleshooting lighting circuits.
• Testing of Electrical Circuits.
• Routine inspections of lights & power circuits.
• Troubleshooting of faults in circuits.
• Routing of additional light or socket points as required.
• Logging of reactive works carried.
• Troubleshooting of faults in lighting control system/dimmers.
• Troubleshooting of faults in VFD and Pumps motors.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• A professionally recognized technical qualification (ITI/Diploma etc).
• Possesses deep knowledge of engineering techniques
• Operational experience is essential.
• GCC FM Experience MUST (Min of 3 Years)
• Good communication skills in English and languages from the Asian Sub-Continent is preferable.
• Ability to utilize CAFM Systems and mobile applications.
• Written and oral communication skills.
