Biryani Chef for Restaurant in Nigeria

 Minimum 4 - 5 years in a similar function.

Must have experience in making all types of Biryanis, chutneys, powders, curries.

Africa experience preferred

Required Candidate profile

Must be able to manage the inventory& sales of the take away joint. Also controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food & supplies and developing /training the team.
