Resolving customer complains amicably on-time.

Reconciliation of system inventory with warehouse team on monthly basis.

Creating sales order.

Required Candidate profile

Coordinate with sales team & customer to support key operations.

Sound technical knowledge on food ingredients.

Timely closure of queries raised by customer about the ordered product.

Exc comm skills.
