HVAC Compressor Overhaul Mechanic

Introduction:

We are looking to hire an HVAC compressor overhaul mechanic for our service center in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Please note this post is strictly for mechanical overhaul work

Responsibilities:

• Dismantle and perform full mechanical and electrical inspection for piston-type and screw-type compressors
• Complete inspection report
• Perform mechanical overhaul alone without assistance. Note: Electrical winding is done by a different team
• Perform complete testing for compressor after repair
• Write Completion report and present to maintenance supervisor
• Assist motor repair team with dismantling and re-assembly of electric motors

Skills:

• Super high quality of overhauls alone
• Minimum 3 year experience with compressor mechanical overhaul
• Experience with Bitzer, York, Carrier, Copeland brands
• Experience with screw and piston-type compressors

Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for acquiring and managing new client accounts (For motor rewinding and HVAC services). This position requires a strong technical background and will involve frequent site visits to client site  and persistence to get sales closed.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss HVAC , air conditioning, and motor rewinding services which we offer. This includes chiller repair, AC repair and installation
• Meet with prospective clients to discuss electric motor, and pump overhaul repair
• Prepare quotes, estimates and AUTOCAD drawings  to clients as needed alone without assistance 
• Design duct using AutoCad for new AC installations
• Develop a sales and marketing strategy

Skills Required:

• Drivers license or ability to drive is a must
• Knowledge of rotating machines (such as motors, pumps) , chillers, air conditioners and how they operate 
• Excellent English language skills (Written and verbal)
• Ability to sell and negotiate
• Proficiency with AutoCad. We will rely on you to design duct for new AC installation
• Knowledge regarding AC design and heat load calculations
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Certifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Air conditionining Engineering
• Minimum of 3-year experience 

Compensation :

• 3000 Saudi Riyals / month + Sales commission for each sale
