Sales Executive for Lords Export Company in Accra, Ghana

Position Summary


We are looking for smart and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and handle sales and expand our client base in the assigned territory. The candidate should be a bachelor.


The position is based in Accra, Ghana


He shall have the responsibility to extensively visit the assigned territory and meet customers (existing as well as potential prospects), explore the territory to generate potential leads, and individually achieve targeted sales objectives. The successful incumbent will act like eyes and ears of the company and continuously strive to grow the organizations footprint in the assigned territory.


  • Key Responsibilities

1. Generate and Qualify leads

2. Source and develop client Referrals, Prepare sales action plans and strategies

3. Schedule sales activity

4. Develop and maintain a customer database sales and promotional materials.

5. Plan and conduct direct marketing activities

6. Make sales calls to new and existing clients towards developing presentations of company
products and services to current and potential clients

7. Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals, prepare and present sales contracts

8. Conduct product training and Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports and
respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person

9. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships with follow up on sales
activity

10. Perform quality checks on product and service delivery

11. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

12. Carry out market research and surveys, Participate in sales events

13. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.



QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate



EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years of experience



SOFT SKILLS / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

1. Knowledge of relevant computer applications

2. Knowledge of customer service principles

3. Experience in Sales

4. Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Preference: From FMCG, (Air freshner , Detergent , Soaps etc)
