Job description for Team lead or Engineering Manager

• BSc degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of engineering (software development) experience.
• 3+ years of leading or managing the software development team
• Must have experience of end-to-end software development life cycle.
• Must have full stack software delivery experience across multiple disciplines.
• Design and development experience on web technologies using .NET, Web APIs, REACT.JS and NODE.JS and responsive Layouts.
• Experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Experience with API architecture and cloud-ready development (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Experience with test-driven development and software test automation
• Extensive experience working in an agile environment (i.e., user stories, iterative development, etc.)
• Hands-on development, DevOps and Agile delivery skills.
• Integration experience with enterprise system will be plus like Oracle, SOA, Unifier or P6
• Knowledge of CI/CD is an advantage.
• Develop and maintain project and activity plans for business requirements
• Mentor and develop engineers along their personal development path
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Good collaboration and team management skills
• Coordinate with business users and external partners for solution delivery within the given timeline
