1) Mechanical Quantity Surveyor - 2

Required Skills:

• Cost planning, estimating and BOQ production for MEP services
• Taking off quantities, perform re-measuring and checking with BOQ.
• Knowledge of pricing / market rates
• To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs. Follow up of Certificates from Client/Main contractor.
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
• Post contract MEP variation evaluation and management
• Estimation, rate analysis and backup documents preparation for variation order.
• Attending meeting with client and consultant.
• Assist in Preparing tender and contract/subcontract documents
• Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders, tender negations and recommendation reports.
• Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs;
• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.
• Preparation and Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
• Preparation and submission of EOT.
• Preparation and submission of acceleration, delay and prolongation claims.
• Invoicing and Payments (interim payment, final payment , release of retention etc.) follow up with Client/Main Contractor Accounts.

2) Mechanical Engineer - Industrial Field (4 nos.)

Required Skills:

• Assessing project requirements.
• Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
• Agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.
• Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
• Using computer-aided design/modelling software
• liaising with suppliers.
• Undertaking relevant research.
• Producing and implementing designs and test procedures.
• Presenting designs to managers and clients.
• Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products.
• Writing reports and documentation
• Providing technical advice
• Analyzing and interpreting data.

Bachelors in Engineering- Mechanical Project Management Experience in manufacturing, engineering, production and Strong technical background, Proficiency in MS Office

Prefer

1- GCC experience

2- Work in Industrial field

3- Having GCC driving license

3) Supervisor and Foreman - 10

Required Skills:

• Thorough knowledge on handling man power for site fabrication and erection activities.
• Technical knowledge on site equipment fabrication / structural fabrication /piping works and erection works.
• Must be capable to read and prepare fabrication drawings. Must prepare hand sketches based on site conditions and able to take site measurement.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Preferably hold a driving license.
• Prefer have GCC experience and Work in Industrial field
