Roles and Responsibilities

• Makes cost price calculation for customer quotes. This is done based on a breakdown of a system/ module/ assay (Bill of Material), with as outcome an integral cost price.
• Communicates with customers with regards to data and manufacturability of products, so introduction of new products goes smoothly. This is done in cooperation with Account teams.
• Discusses with internal stakeholders for manufacturing (milling and turning) strategy and assembly strategy.
• Aligns calculation with Operations and Supply Chain Management and defines frame conditions for manufacturing and assembly.
• Initiates and is responsible for cost reduction programs for running products and gives advice to the internal organization
• Analyses the real costs of manufacturing and assembly, based on information from Account teams.
• Responsible for the correct calculation data in ERP (Glovia)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Relevant trainings/ courses in Supply Chain Management
• Milling/ turning knowledge is preferred
• Experience within a mechatronics environment is preferred
• Good communicator
• English fluently speaking and writing
• Proactive attitude.
• Cad software certification
• 12 + year with fantastic communication.
• Candidate should have good know of Solidworks and AutoCAD software.
• He/she should have good expertise on Conceptual design, weldment, sheet metal, surfacing and assembly.
• He/she should have ability to coordination between the Mechanical, Software and Hardware departments
