Qualification : Engineer/Master of Mechanical Engineering  

Professional Experience : 14 min years at least

Structure Presentation:

To manage and control DRI Maintenance Department Mechanical operational activities, in order to ensure the provision of cost effective, proactive maintenance and engineering services that meet the current and future needs of the production process and hence support the achievement of corporate objectives.

Report to : Maintenance  Manager & Mechanical Maintenance Assistant Manager  /  Framed By: DRI M.M Engineer & M.M Supervisor & M.M Group Leader. Inside Company :Operation, logistic, material handling, quality, HR, procurement and top management. / Outside company :Local Suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, Foreign suppliers, Main manufacturing companies.

Job Tasks:

Main Tasks/ Reasons For Being/ Purposes Of The Position

• Maintain the plant availability in the optimum values
• Maintain the plant reliability in the optimum values
• Maintain the maintenance cost in the optimum values
• Ensure and solve all problems that might delay operation targets
• Develop the needed projects to optimize the operation targets.

Develop the need plans and arrangements to raise the employees skills.

DRI Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor 

Basic Training:  Holding a diploma or a professional certificate in mechanical engineering from a recognized professional identity or institution.

Structure Presentation  / Services / Structures Main Tasks : To manage and control all mechanical maintenance activities in DRI plant to ensure that all operations are carried out in an efficient and effective manners

Job Tasks / Main Tasks/ Reasons For Being/ Purposes Of The Position :

• Maintain the plant availability in the optimum values
• Maintain the plant reliability in the optimum values
• Ensure and solve all problems that might delay operation targets.
• Develop the need plans and arrangements to raise the employees skills.
• Develop the performance and skills and of Maintenance team.

DRI Mechanical Maintenance Group Leader

Basic Training: Holding a diploma or a professional certificate in mechanical engineering from a recognized professional identity or institution.

Professional Experience : 15 min years at least

Structure Presentation /  Services / Structures Main Tasks: To manage and control all mechanical maintenance activities of shift group of DRI plant to ensure that all operations are carried out in an efficient and effective manners.
