Exp. Required - 3+ Yrs (Retail Sales/ Showroom/ Store Sales of IT Products like Laptop, Keyboard, mouse etc.)

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales, managing the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves coaching the team, handling inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory and ensure products are stocked.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and analyze sales data.

Preferred:

• Degree in Business or related field (optional).
