1. Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the routine maintenance of landscaping areas and ensuring all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are managed effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising gardening and maintenance tasks on a regular basis, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise landscaping maintenance activities, ensuring timely and quality upkeep.
• Manage AMCs and coordinate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Oversee and support gardening and landscaping staff on daily routines.
• Ideally should have some knowledge of plants and hands on experience in landscaping company. But we are open to train freshers too.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus.
• Good organizational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work well with teams and communicate effectively.

2. Operations Assistant

• Landscaping/ horticulture background
• This role involves routine maintenance of landscaping equipment, addressing client sites landscaping needs, and supporting overall field operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Should be able to prepare boq, materials data sheet etc.
• Should have minimum of 2-3 yrs of experience in landscaping.

Will be given company accommodation with separate bedroom space; car on obtaining valid Omani license.
