Head Chef for Fiji Island

Experience: 9 to 14 yrs.

Responsible for the entire food and beverage operations and admin of the kitchen. 

Planning, budgeting, MIS, R&D cost control etc.

HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management, pleasing personality, good communication skills. 

Candidates with minimum 9 to 12 of experience in any hotels or any cruises,Catering company may apply. 

Should have excellent culinary skill in Indian / Continental.
