Requirement:
-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical
-More than 5 years as a training coordinator, training specialist or trainer.
-5 years of practical industry experience in operation or technical
-Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
-Proficient in presentation skills and training others.
Brief Role of Training Coordinator (Trainer / Specialist (Career Representative):
-Manage and coordinate all maintenance/technical training activities. This includes Job Qualification Programs and annual developmental training.
-Plan, advice and develop staff future's career to meet departmental and organizational needs.
-Coordinate and overview the training activity in the assigned department.
-Provide facilitation and/or instructor for basic training subjects and development program.
-Use Learning Management Systems or other IT enablers.
-Develop and maintain the qualification package and training records.
-Track his assigned unit progress against their overall training plans and issue quarterly status report.
-Assess qualification through behavioral competency assessments.
-Apply continuous improvement in the area of training and development of people.
-Conduct area class room training for (field and panel jobs).
-Conducts field one-on-one review of trainee's knowledge and troubleshooting skills for both panel and field trainees.
-Manage the operation progression program according to company policy
-Provide coaching to operational staff and On Job Training
