Study the particular and general specification for the project carefully.

Review all drawings and matching with structural drawings.

* Manages, Organize, Coordinate Technical, Civil and Finishing trades.
* To quantify and verify contractors scope of works base on contracts.
* To monitor accomplishments base on actual site conditions.
* To justify work orders on site together with Quantity Surveyor.
* Quantity take off for material requirements on site
* Identify/Anticipate all possible problems on site
* Provide/propose solutions for technical & finishing conflicts using ACAD
