Experience: 7 to 12 yrs.
- Impart training based on the need of the various division of the group.
- He also would be able to do motivational activities of the employees of the group.
- He must be able to develop soft skills as well.
- He must be only imparting the training as per the need of various division but also monitor whether it is implemented properly and smoothly.
- He also helps employees to develop interpersonal skills, leadership skills, communication skills, analytical skills, behavioral skills and enhance his proficiency/ efficiency / Productive.
- He would also be able to make the development plan for employee specific, division specific and also monitor supervise the progress and hence help employee growth in an organization as well as look at the growth of the organization as well.
