HR Manager for Saudi Arabia

Experience: 9 to 14 yrs.  |  Opening(s): 5

1. Graduate of Business Management or other related university degrees.
2. Preferred Attested degree from Indian Embassy.
3. Experience working on HR functions .
4. At least 3 years as HR Manager or Department Head in an HR role.
5. Highly gulf experience candidates will be given preference for HR Manager role

KNOWLEDGE: 
6. Working knowledge of Job Design, Job Analysis, and Job Evaluation.
7. Working knowledge of effective recruitment practices including various assessment techniques.
8. Working knowledge of competency-based HR system and its practical applications.
9. Good understanding of organizational development, group dynamics, and organizational behavior.
10. In-depth understanding of current standards, trends and best practices in all other HR areas such as performance management, training, employee engagement, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
1. Manage all the Human Resource in the company such as but not limited to organizational Development, Job Design & Evaluation, Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Management, Training and Development, Employee Engagement/Relations, Career/Talent Management etc.
2. The incubement shall perform the lead role in the formulation and implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, standards, plans and programs to achieve the goals of the department and support the company's direction.
3. Shall also direct and oversee the day to day operations of the department making sure the timely and effective delivery of all HR-services and resolution of all pertinent issues.
