Welding Inspector

BELOW MENTION IS THE JOB DESCRIPTION OF "WELDING INSPECTOR"

• Reviewi ng work based on International Standards like ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM, ACI, BSEN.
• Preparation of weld maps, dimensional checks, hydrotest plan.
• Preparing QA/QC documents before the start of each project.
• Reviewing and preparing the Weekly Status Reports for each Project.
• Witness Welding procedure qualification test (WPQT) and Welders qualification test (WQT).
• Review & Preparation of Daily weld production reports, Daily joint fit-up, Weekly welders performance report.
• Request, Coordinate and Witness Non Destructive Testing (NDT) like radiographic test (RT), Magnetic Particle Test (MPI), Penetrant Test (PT), Ultrasonic Test (UT).
• DIPLOMA or DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING with the certified inspector with CSWIP or AWS Candidates should have minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC Welding and Mechanical inspection in any Pipe coating for oil, Gas & water Industry
• Candidate should have knowledge of reviewing work based on international standard like ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM, ACI, BSEN

QC Inspector

BELOW MENTION IS THE JOB DESCRIPTION OF "QC INSPECTOR"

• DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
• Candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pipe coating for oil, Gas & water Industry and have knowledge of witnessing and sentencing of all site inspection as per the company standard.
• Assist the site construction supervisor in the resolution of drawing interpretation
• Attend the weekly QC meetings
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations
• The issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the site QC manager
• The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure The review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities
• Compliance with the sites health and safety regulations

QC Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.  | Salary: INR 2,75,000 - 6,00,000 P.A  |  Opening(s): 10

BELOW MENTION IS THE JOB DESCRIPTION OF "QC ENGINEER"

• BE/BE TECH IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. 
• Candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pipe coating for oil, Gas& water Industry and have knowledge of witnessing and sentencing of all site inspection as per the company standard. 
• Preparing quality plan & procedures according to the accepted standards. Reviewing IFC and shop drawings.
• Ensure that all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken, etc.
• Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines
• Preparing quality plan and quality control procedures according to the accepted standards
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
• Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system
• Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations
• The issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the site QC manager
