We are looking out for Restaurant Manager with good knowledge of running a Multi-Cuisine restaurant with live Grill concept.
We are located in Lusaka, Zambia. (Central Africa).
All tables have a Live Grill and customers can cook veg & non-veg grilled food themselves. Apart from this, restaurant serves soups, salads & desserts along with multi-cuisine menu.
Candidate should have good communication & interpersonal skills, with 3 + years of experience in Live Grill concept restaurant or Multi-Cuisine restaurant.
Candidate will be responsible for
*Managing complete Restaurant operations.
*Maintain proper food cost & proper hygiene.
* Maintaining positive guest relations and providing excellent services to the customers.
* Responsible for managing profit & loss account & to increase sales.
* Preparing Budgets and Reports.
* Keeping a regular check on Food Quality.
* Managing & Mentoring the team.
