Experience: 15 to 25 yrs.
1) The Candidate should be a Muslim as he has to prepare food for a Muslim family.
2) Master of preparing a wide variety of Indian, Continental, Oriental Multi-cuisine.
3) Self-motivated and hard working.
4) Operate kitchen, managing day-day needs efficiently, adhering to statutory regulation pertaining to health, safety and hygiene.
5) Stock Management.
6) Full operational knowledge of all recipes, standards, portion sizes and presentation style of dishes.
7) Ensure good physical upkeep, condition of equipment and utensils in the kitchen and Co-ordinate for the repairs and maintenance.
8) To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly well on time.
9) Stay informed about the new developments in the world of cuisine, cooking techniques, kitchen equipment etc.

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience will be offerred
1. The above position is for the Residence of Senior Management of a large conglomerate in Tanzania
