Perform operation tasks including machine Setting up /Re-setting, Starting up and shutting down, eliminating minor faults, making feed stock available, forwarding delivered material, supplying the machine with consumables, and monitoring of sequences.
Detecting malfunctions and safety problems and guaranteeing the functional sequence of the machine.
Ensure good standard of housekeeping in his area.
Identify any problems, potential or on-going seeks remedies as applicable, communicate with Main operators and Shift supervisors continuously and follow all instructions.
Report any observed abnormalities to Main Operator & Shift Supervisor (leakage & abnormal sounds on time).
Skills
Sound technical background, good knowledge of English Language.
Minimum 3 years operational experience in slimier field preferably in rolling mills.
3+ years exp.
