    Experience: Should have minimum 6 to 12 years experience in construction Industry
      Planning Engineer 
      Qualification: B.sc in Civil Engineering
      Experience: Should have minimum 7 to 10 years experience in Construction Industry (6-10) Yrs Including 6 years in a specialty field
      Should be well versed in preparation in of baseline schedule and updating, loading of resources, preparation of progress and cost reports; and in depth knowledge in the application of Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel

      Job Description:
      Preparation of project Baseline Project Schedule
      Monitoring and updating project schedule
      Preparation of weekly and monthly project progress reports
      Preparation of project accomplishment and invoicing
      Preparation of project schedule including design, procurement and construction detailed activities in conjunction with project manager.
      Monitoring the progress of the project activities, including where corrective actions are required.
      Preparation of construction progress report and analysis of actual versus plan activities.
      Monitoring of the project financial performance and updating of the budget.
      Assistance of the project manager in assessment of cost and time impact of the work changes.
      Executing of the invoicing process and follow up with the COMPANY for payment schedule. 

      Cost Control Engineer 
      Qualification: B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering
      Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years experience in Const Control & Project control department
      Having EPC background-preferably on civil construction of roads, bridges, tunnel and buildings, having experience in middle east
      Computer skills in the application of Ms excel, Ms Power Point and Ms Word with background knowledge on primavera, JDEdards or any other database software, 

      Job & Responsibilities:
      Monitor and implement for proper control the correct usage of cost codes of the projects and other departmental cost end-users based on the approved budget allocations.
      Verify for proper control the correct quantities, unit rates and values billed/invoiced by suppliers, subcontractors or any service providers.
      Develop and prepare comparative cost analysis between the actual cost incurred and the approved budget. And provide necessary mentor to concerned managers or cost end-users for the approach of minimizing the costs.
      Develop and prepare budgetary analysis for associated cost breakdown structures of BOQ work items in the request of resources required in the projects.
      Measure and monitor the productivity accomplishment and unit cost of the projects for cost control and estimation future references.
      Monitor the details of actual cost of manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors and other cost in comparison to the earned value of the projects.
      Review the preparation of clients billing in comparison to the cost incurred of manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractor and others by the projects.
      Control and monitor the additional costs which are not established/recognized during budget approval of the projects/works.
      Prepare all project cost related reports in weekly, monthly and quarterly. And comply any adhoc request and work assistance demanded by Cost Control Manager in order to achieve the overall goal of the cost control department as per KPI.
