This role is all about leading, managing and inspiring the Store teams to ensure that all colleagues are engaged, motivated, well trained and providing the best service for our customers.
Required education: Bachelor's
Required experience: Supermarkets or Hypermarkets: 3 to 5 years
Required language: English/Arabic
Ability to achieve and increase sales throughout the year and achieve set financial targets.
To maintain an excellent level of customer service at all times within the Store.
To act as an ambassador for the brand and store within the KSA and be aware of all relevant events and important periods for the market.
To maintain suitable measures and process for controlling over/ shortage of stock, to ensure sufficient levels of stock and act upon all over stock matters and discrepancies.
To ensure that daily and seasonal delivers, products in and out and stock procedures are undertaken as per the set guidelines, ensuring that the store is always merchandised to the desired standard, in coordination with the merchandising department.
11-Visual Merchandising Director
Required experience: Visual Merchandising: 10 years and above
-Job Description:
Job Purpose: To be responsible for the efficient overall running and operation of the store and to achieve and exceed set financial targets.
As Visual Merchandising Director it is your duties to communicate between design, merchandising, marketing and sales departments to guarantee a constant layout, display & presentation of the merchandises by developing and implement agreed visual Merchandising strategy to make the most of the retail sell by optimizing the store spaces.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Create and develop national Strategy/ Concepts for stores and points of sale
Write and outline detailed guidelines to position products on the sales floor, to improve volume of commercial sales
Develop visual identity of the imported and private label brands within the stores.
Ensure that displays, images and concept are promoted in stores according to the visual merchandising strategy.
