Safety Officer 
    Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Certificate of OSHA,NEBOSH
    Experience:Should have minimum 7 years experience including 2 years at Petrochemical Industry
    To have good knowledge of safety standards
    To ensure monitoring of HSE performance at project
    To act as a permit issuing authority on the site
    To conduct regular site safety audit and to prepare reports Prepare a weekly summary report to submit to HSE department.
    To conduct daily toolbox talk meeting prior to start of work
    To conduct mass toolbox meeting
    To investigate major incidents with site safety and management to ensure non-reoccurrence through communication
    To assist the investigation of incidents to establish the root cause for preventive measures required.
    To inspect and collect data and evaluate potential hazards of the work place.
    To make critical lift plans to ensure safe and documented procedure for working regulations in petrochemical fiels & sites
    Ability to view and understand situations from different perspective aided to diverse discipline.
    To identify areas for improvement and give safety advice to the site teams by regular site audits. Ensure that all employees are provided with a general company safety upon arrival and that the records of the induction are maintained

    HVAC Senior Technician 
    Qualification: Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Condition/Mechanical/Electrical
    Experience: Should have minimum 7 to 10 years experience including 4 years in HVAC Plant
    To do, lead, supervise & monitor of HVAC system components maintenance procedures.
    To put PM plans, lead team, good reporting skills.
    To have ability diagnosis & troubleshooting of HVAC systems components.
    To be aware of Safety & international standards requirements.
    To be hand-skilled worker & willing to work in plants & facility maintenance activities on his own.
    To have basics of maintaining electric control panels.
    Familiar with maintenance & operation softwares operating & reporting
    Prefer experience on Trane/Carrier equipment as well as other various well-known brands
    Receive work order from engineer, higher supervisor and ensure completion schedule including blue print. Lay-out of wire, pipe to complete HVAC system.
    Car driving license is a must (GCC is preferable)
      HVAC Control Technician 
      Qualification: Industrial training institute-certificate in Electric/ Electronics. Car driving license is preferable.
      Aware of, and committed to safety standards, rules & regulations in petrochemical fiels & sites 
      Experience: Should have minimum 4 to 7 years experience in HVAC plant.
      Well oriented and experienced in HVAC and REFRIGERATION SYSTEM.
      Monitoring, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance in all HVAC Units in the Petrochemical Plant, such as chiller equipment and control system mechanical and electrical circuit.
      Performs control wiring modifications, such as DDC control and PLC control.
      Car driving license is preferable
      Install & maintain basic wiring & controls devices & components, maintain sensors, thermostats, controllers, valves, actuators and other HVAC control related equipment
      Fault findings of leak, malfunction expansion valves, pressure switches, thermostat, ECB board, transformer and relays. Compressor motor testing before and after installation.
      Perform brazing and soldering works.
      Aware of, and committed to safety standards, rules & regulations in petrochemical fiels & sites 
      Monitor the operation of AHU, check V-belt tension and pulley alignment, including air flow, Filter sensors & controllers
      Repair and perform general maintenance on window type AC, split type such as wall mounted, floor mounted, cassette type, concealed duct type, package type such as 7.5 tons to 100 tons, etc.
      Test, install and de-install compressor; rotary type, reciprocating compressor, scroll type compressor, hermetic and semi hermetic compressor and centrifugal compressor.
      Prepares monitoring, preventive and corrective reports for HVAC Units.
      Follow all prescribe safety plant procedure.

      HVAC Supervisor 
      Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
      Experience: Should have minimum 10 years experience including 3 years in HVAC PLANT
      To do, lead, supervise & monitor of HVAC system components maintenance procedures.
