Position: CNC Horizontal Boring Mills Machinists
They are manufacture of welded and machined metal parts for worldwide known companies like VESTAS (Windpower), CATERPILLAR (Hydraulic Shovels, Diesel Engines for Marine Industry), LIEBHERR and many other Heavy Machinery.
- Experience in TOS Varnsdorf Table-Type machines WHN 13 with Heidenhein iTNC430 and iTNC530 CNC-controls.
- Machinists should have knowledge & controls experience in Vertical Milling Machine
- Experience in fine-clamping of weak welded structures
- Knowledge in achieving H7 tolerances of holes.
- Knowledge of CNC-programmers and tool-shop preparation with all the clamping sketches and instructions.
- Candidate should have diploma/I.T.I in Mechanical.
Position: CNC Turning
Candidate must have experienced in HURCO with Winmax, NILES SIMMONS with some old Siemens controls and SPINNER with Fanuc.
Candidate must have experience in clamping and measuring of metal parts.
Candidate should have diploma/I.T.I in Mechanical.
Candidate should be able to communicate in English.
