Responsibilities include:
a) Recording Cash Transactions (manual, sales receipts, sales invoices, purchase bills, expenses etc.)
b) Recording and maintaining stock of various inventories
c) Executing and recording bank transactions
d) Maintain and secure cash reserves
e) Support sales team with customer account relation information
f) Support sales in improvement of receivables and collections by upto date follow ups
g) Communicating and reporting financial statements and analysis to senior management
h) Liasoning with bank accounts managers
i) Liasoning with External accountant on books and tax compliance
j) Preparing monthly and quarterly tax returns
k) Updating Sales MIS, Stock records, collection records etc.
l) Preparing and maintaining sales invoices , vouchers etc.
m) Recording, maintaining and improving data in Tally and Excel
n) Recording payroll related data and executing salary distribution
o) Executing vendor payments
p) Verifying Internal sales , purchase and expense compliance

- a) Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Accounts, including experience in manufacturing and distribution related companies
b) Experience of working in Africa
c) Knowledge of French or Hausa preferred
d) Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
q) Maintaining files archives of receipts, invoices, vouchers, slips, contracts etc.
Air travel, lodging, meals, medical, phone/ internet and commute related expenses to be borne by the company.
