- Title: Sr. Key Account Manager (Logistics OR Warehousing Industry)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, create and execute account strategies and close enterprise-level deals for new, expansion and renewal bookings
Managing all aspects of a project from kickoff to customer and service handover with responsibility for system performance while meeting quality, schedule and financial objectives.
Conduct on-site and remote customer meetings to include initial pitch presentations and demos with marketing qualified leads. Attend tradeshows and other events to develop leads.
Conduct standard and custom product demos and answer technical Q&A
Interface with client technical teams to present our product architecture, engage in solutioning discussions customized to the client and overcoming technical objections, if any
Collaborate with our sales engineers to manage and execute Proof of Concept exercises where the sales engineer will go onsite to build a Bot (i.e., process automation) live in front of the client automating one of the clients processes using their systems in a test environment.
Creating specific solutions sets, leveraging our products and services that aligns to specific pain points within the Logistics or Warehousing industrytoday.
Optimize existing processes at customer sites to realize full potential of the solutions proposed.
Help create solutions that optimizes people and processes for customers
Work with sales teams to create solutions to maximize ROI & Work with Implementation teams to realize the solutions
Interface with product management teams for development of new solutions
Work closely with key management team to ensure product success and define future roadmap.
Requires 25-50% travel (mostly domestic)
Education and Experience Required
Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent) is preferred. Bachelors degree combined with strong work experience is accepted.
5 - 10 years of managing multiple projects implementation to provide the turnkey solutions to the customers to help support their growth, with emphasis in maintaining project standards
Managed cross functional teams (Mechanical, Controls and Software Engineering, and Installation) for execution of the project
Key Account Manager for various chain-wide initiatives related to improving, creating, and setting up processes within Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations
Managing cross functional teams within the Distribution Centers, Transportation, Engineering
Managing the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
Daily communication and weekly status update meetings with the execution team
Proactively tracking change in scope or open items to make sure they are resolved and implemented in timely manner
Consistently surpass project goals with an excellent customer satisfaction rating
