- Provide 24 hour Network Health surveillance and alarm reporting utilizing network monitoring and surveillance software
- Data Center Facilities maintenance
- Monitoring and management of UPS, Power Supply system, Generators, Air Conditions and Fire Alarm System
- Ensure timely follow up with customers via e-mails or phone calls
- Prepare reports of health of the data center facilities such as UPS, Power Supply system, Generators, Air Conditions and Fire Alarm System
- Proactive monitoring of temperature & Humidity status inside data center etc.,
- Escalate the warnings and issues proactively to the management
- Proactive communication with various vendors to ensure the timely resolution of the issues
- Coordinate between vendors and clients for arranging the required network connectivity and rack allocation
2+ years experience
