Position:- Technician (Water Bottle Plant)
Location :- Lubumbashi - DRC
Job Description:-
1. Knowledge on 2/4 SIDEL Blow Molding machines, filler sleever machine, labeller machine &Utilites.
2. Deliver production as per the production plan during the shift.
3. Responsible for timely filling up of the shift report, tracking daily production.
4.Direct Responsibility for monitoring & achieving the targeted yields of RM/PM.
5. Responsible for manypower management during the shift including manpower.
Conduct DMS on the line to share RCA With operators.
6.Ensure CLIT activities are done on all equipment as per plan.
7.Daily carry out Abnormality Identification exercise on equiment as per plan.
8. Support line TL for Spares management.
9.Carry out RCA for all breakdowns on line.
10. Carry out breakdown maintenance for equipment on the line.
11.Ensure weekly maintenance of equipments per plan requisition for casual labor,work allocation, and shift schedule planning.
12.Continuous coaching and development of workforce to achieve high standards of excellence.
13.Responsible for conductiong Safety Risk Assessment. Hazard Identification & mitigation.
14.Ensuring for conduction produced on the line are complying to quality specifications.
15. Co-ordinate with other departments like supply chain,stores,quality,maintenance for smooth operations.
Qualification:- ITI OR Diploma Electrical Engineer
