Month End close ensuring all AP, AR & other accruals for the entities allocated.
Preparation & timely roll out of agreed Balance Sheet & P/L schedules.
Follow up with the relevant term members/stake holder for any overdue sheet items.
Handling of payroll for Senior Management team
Ensuring TDS/WCT/Service Tax/VAT/CLRA & other finance related compliance including deduction, payment & returns
Preparation of financial statements, notes to account, cash flow statements and other relevant details
Checking of authorization, accuracy, completeness and statutory compliance (TDS, WCT deduction) of entities allocated.
Preparation of data for Service Tax/Sales Tax / Income Tax Case /Assessment
Bank Reconciliation statements responsibility & review
Weekly Cash flows
Preparation of MIS as per the required format
Other assignments on basis of requirements of reporting manager from time to time.
Ensuring compliance with Internal controls & the prescribe policies & procedures
