- Primary Responsibilities of Job Holder
- Design civil foundation for module mounting structure with support from external consultant
- Preparation of construction drawing for all civil related items for PV plant and switchyard
- Verification & approval of drawings both in house & from consultant
- Do design review with external consultant on mechanical & civil part
- Interpretation of all drawings, specifications, codes and procedures
- Support installation, procurement, logistic & HSE departments
- Carry out all project related civil design and drawing, like soil test review, contour map review, fencing, Drainage system,roads, Inverter room, transformer foundation, SMU foundation, switch yard equipment foundation, RMU & earthing foundation, all design and drawings.
- Co-ordinate with civil consultant for design of control room
- Preparation of control room, SCADA room, office, store drawing etc.
- QA & QC of all components
- Carry out inspection at vendors place for quality clearance or approval
- Guidelines, Manuals & technical documentation
- Checklist definition
- Support coordination with vendors and juwi engineers for in-field design changes.
- Support the juwi construction team in the resolution of complex problems with manufacturing firms, sub-contractors,
- suppliers, and clients.
- Review all subcontractor QA plan & procedures and bring all plans into conformance with project requirements.
- Foster and develop a team effort spirit.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering in from an accredited college or university
- 10 years of work experience with Power sector.
- Expertise in ACAD, Civil 3D, STAAD
- Good understanding of civil engineering for renewable energy projects
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
