a) Responsible to ensure 'Goal Zero' is achieved within the CONTRACTOR's area of responsibility.
b) Must have more than 5 years' experience as an HSE Officer in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power generation industry.
c) Must have received and qualified as a recognized formal training in HSE, i.e. Nebosh or equivalent.
d) Must be capable of supporting HSSE audits, site procedures and HSE Plan.
e) Must be capable of interpreting and cascading HSSE related procedures and guidelines to actively pursue all staff to adhere to the defined HSSE Standards.
f) Must be capable of delivering Toolbox Talks and performing Last Minute Risk Assessments.
g) Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELT 6 Equivalent) and should be able to communicate with the majority manpower in their language.
e) Must be capable of interpreting and cascading HSSE related procedures and guidelines to actively pursue all staff to adhere to the defined HSSE Standards.
