Project Manager
Requirements:
- To graduate from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments,
- At least ten years experience in mixed-function projects
- Experienced in installation, commissioning, progress payment, project management Installation commissioning, Final Acceptance
- Project-Site management experience
- Experienced in contract issues
- have advanced level English knowledge,
- have coordination and team management skills,
- success and result oriented
- Compatible with teamwork, have analytical thinking skill,
- Can adapt to busy work conditions
- Not having any health problems that block the work,
- Compatible with collaboration, have analytical thinking skill,

- have knowledge of fire detection system, CCTV system, emergency address system, announce and IP systems
- Experienced in cable / termination works installation works and weak current systems,
- at least have 5 years experience,
- have advanced level English knowledge,
- have coordination and team management skills,
- Compatible with team work, have analytical thinking skill,
- Not having any work and travel obstacle in all kinds of physical and climatic conditions, and flexible hours.

Site Architect
Accountant Officer
- Graduates from 4 years of Accounting and similar sites of universities and develop themselves in this site.
- At least three years experienced.
- Can use MS Office programs and especially package accounting software.
- Know legal legislation.
- To reinforce the theoretical knowledge about the site of accounting with practical working life.

- Have experience in plumbing fire fighting and cooling system of high-rise housing projects,
- Experienced in planning, and organization,
- Having codes knowledge,
- Can use MS Office, Autocad programs
- Having experience in planning, progress payment, budget, equipment,
- Know about building automation
- Have advanced level English knowledge,
- have coordination and team management skills,
