Furniture City Suriname is a Sindhi owned company that was established in the early 2000's. The company has well known retail stores in Paramaribo, Suriname (South America) and primarily focuses on selling furniture, electronics, and appliances. Furniture City is also the official distributor of Benjamin Moore paints in Suriname. The company's goal is to provide high quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a sales manager who strongly aligns with this mission and company culture
- Effectively communicate with sales team and develop strategies to meet monthly sales target
- Build strong relationships with customers and close sales deals
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Stay up to date with new products in the store and learn about their features and benefits
- Manage and maintain retail stores - make sure inventory is up to date and showroom is well displayed
- Ensure companies quality of standards are maintained with regards to products, procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- Preferably Sindhi between the ages of 28-40 Years
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in paints is a plus
- Fluent in English and willing to learn Dutch
- Excellent computer skills
2+ years experience
Other Details:
- Duration of the trip: 2 Years
- Attractive sales incentives: 50-75% of Salary
- Salary is Net
