- Ensuring that staff give great customer services and comply to company approved policies
- Able to manage network of dealers and walk in customers to promote sales in the region by keeping close contacts, relate and meet with them regularly.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills of a high order, including strong organisational and communication skills, flexibility, integrity, adaptability, initiative, discretion and excellent writing skills are required.
- Monitor and control credit limits for customers and ensure compliance of same by sales staff
- MIS and MRM reporting
