1. HVAC Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in Chillers, AHUs, HRAHUs, Cetrifugal Pumps, VAVs, Exhuast Fans, chilled & Hot Wtaer Piping and Accessories etc. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance and be able to work with all PPM Activities. Good Communication Skills. Speak, read and write English.
2. Electrical Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in Medium aand Low Voltage Panels, ATS, VFD, EIB Lighting Control System. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
3. Home Appliances Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in repairing and maintaining Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Dryers, Microwaves. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
4. Laundry Equipment Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in Laundry Equipments such as Big Washing Machines 200 Kgs, Steam Driers, Folding Machines and Ironers . Have good Experience in Hospitals. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
5. Photocopier Technician
Diploma with minimum 5 Years experience in repairing and maintaining All Photocopier Machines ( Toshiba, Konica, etc.. ) install, maintain and repair copy equipment, including photocopiers, Digital Multifunctional Copiers, Fax Machines, Scanners and
Printers. His duties may include clearing paper jams, changing toner cartridges and replacing or refurbishing worn parts. Speak, read and write English.
6 Medical Gases Tech. Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in All Medical Gases Types (Medical Air and Vacuum Units). Have good Experience in Hospitals. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
7. Elevator Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in Elevators and Escalators Machines such as (Schindler, Tyseen, Kone), Perform regular maintenance on elevators, escalators, chairlifts and moving sidewalks. Good knowledge for operation and
maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
8. Fire Alarm Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in repairing and/or replacing Addressable Fire Alarm Systems and related equipment, Maintaining a reqular Inspection Schedule. Capable in Troubleshooting, repair and diagnose malfunctioning of all
kind of Addressable Fire Alarm Systems. Speak, read and write English.
9. Fire Fighting Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in All Fire Fighting & Suppression Systems (Sprinkler,FM 200, FHC, F.E.). Can repair Firefighting Pumps. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
10. Electronics Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 8 Years experience in Electronic Systems, responsible for repairing Business or Household Electronics ranging from computers and networking systems to televisions and more. Good knowledge for operation and
maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
11. Telephone Technician
Diploma with minimum 5 Years experience. Responsible for repairing and maintaining of PABX Systems. Must have in-depth knowledge of a variety of phone systems and equipment are essential. install phone systems, troubleshoot wiring problems, or
repair switch equipment. Speak, read and write English.
12. BMS - Control Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 8 Years experience in Honeywell and Siemens Building Management System and All Field Devices. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities. And be able to work with all PPM Activities. Good Communication Skills. Speak, read and write English.
13. Generator Technician
(Mechanical & Electrical) Diploma with minimum 5 Years experience in Diesel Mechanical or Electrical Works . Maintains Diesel Generator operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and
alignments; keeping records Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities .and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
14. WTP Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in Water Treatment Plants, Reverse Osmosis and RODI Units - Fountain Units. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
15. STP Technician
Diploma with minimum 5 Years experience. Responsible for repairing and maintaining all Kinds of Sewage Treatment Plants such as MBBR, SBR Plants. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule . Speak, read and write English.
16. Boiler Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in Fire Tubes Boilers and Steam Networks. Have good Experience for Boiler Chemicals and Safety Procedures. Capable in Troubleshooting, repair and diagnose malfunctioning of Steam Boilers and Networks. Speak, read and write English.
17. Pump Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum 5 Years experience in repairing, maintaining and overhauling Centrigugal Pumps. Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Speak, read and write English.
18. Upholstery (Sofa Maker)
Vocational Certificate with minimum 3 Years experience. Responsible For repairing or replacing upholstery for household furniture, Sofa, or transportation vehicles. Can speak and understand English.
19. Mason & Tile Sitter
Vocational Certificate with minimum 3 Years experience in Mason Works . Good knowledge for operation and maintenance activities .and be able to work with all PPM Schedule. Can speak and understand English.
20. Landscape Technician
Diploma or High School with minimum of 5 Years experience for Landscaping, Gardener Works and Irrigation Systems. Good
Communication Skills. Speak, read and write English.
21. Plumber
High school graduate with advance vocational training/schooling in plumbing certificates to be provided. More than five (5) years experience in plumbing, including 3 years at the journey man level. Prior Middle Eastern experience desirable. Read write and speak English and to be able to read and understand schematic drawings and blueprints. Complete knowledge on craft related
mathematics, sketching and layout, familiarity with materials and fittings specifications and identification standards, understanding of basic plumbing codes and good work practices, etc. Ability to climb and work at elevated heights. Thorough familiarity and knowledge of safe working practices applicable to plumbing and the industrial work place.
22. Carpenter
Diploma in Carpentry can be waived if applicant pass the technical lRC Test. Minimum of three(3)years post apprentices experience in a similar position. Constructs, repairs and maintains wooden structures such as furniture, partitions, etc. Maintains doors and
windows. Performs minor painting, carpentry and other structural work.
23. Painter
Vocational Certificate with minimum 3-5 Years experience in Painting Works . Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and coordinating large painting projects. Can speak and understand English. Removes and applies paints, varnish, stains, enamels and lacquer as neccesary. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the painting finishes in the interior and exterior of Medical facilities, incuding the physical plant. Applies vinyl wall covering and performs minor repair work as needed.
24. Housekeeping Supervisor
A college graduate or housekeeping Diploma of 5 years experience, at least 3 year should be in international Hospital, Hotel or
Similar Public building. Practical experience should include: Operation systems for buildings and Services day-to-day, Emergency
and Planned Standards, Service Times, Deep Cleaning and Good knowledge of housekeeping in public complex buildings
