Position - Deck Crew

Must have
• Fully COVID + Yellow Fever vaccinated
• BOSIET et/ou HUET valide
• LNG or FPSO experience (Basic Oil & Gas Tanker course valid)
Minimum Experience:
12 months sea service on a MOU as a deck crew or equivalent service.
Experience should include hands on Unit Operational Experience on offshore operational facilities, preferably FLNG / FPSO / FSRU / LNG Production Facility, including but not limited to:
• Experience of Offshore Process Unit facilities
• Strong HSE background in an Operational environment
• Good working knowledge of PTW systems
• Good working knowledge of LOTO systems
• Experience with supply boat operations
• Experience with crane operations
• Experience with bunkering operations
• Experience with Lifesaving equipment operation
• Experience with Firefighting equipment operation
• Experience with Environmental equipment operation
• Experience in emergency response
• Experience with helicopter operations preferable
2.1 Health, Safety & Environment
• Ensure safe and environmentally responsible procedures and work practices are implemented during the EPCIC phases for FLNG activities.
• HSE processes and procedures are in place for all phases of development.
• Follow FLNG specific PTW processes and procedures
2.4 Training and Competencies
1. Basic Training (STCW VI/1 or OPITO)
2. Security Awareness Training (STCW VI/6-1)
3. Crew with designated security duties (STCW VI/6-2)
4. Oil, chemical and gas basic training (STCW V/1-1 PAR.2)
5. Medical first aid (STCW VI/4-1 or equivalent)
6. Advanced firefighting (STCW VI/3 or equivalent) highly desirable
7. Proficiency in survival crafts and rescue boats other than fast rescue boats (STCW VI/2-1)
8. Proficiency in fast rescue boats (VI/2-2) highly desirable
9. Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET)
10. Helicopter Deck Assistant (HDA)
2.5 Ethics and Integrity
11. Ensure conformance with project highest standards of integrity
12. Ensure all activities under direct responsibility are carried out in compliance with corporate and project Policies / Standards
3.1 Qualification:
• Equivalent technical based qualification
3.2 Experience:
Three or more years of relevant experience with at least one year of sailing experience as a Dec Crew preferably on FLNG / FPSO / FSRU / LNG / LPG tankers. Experience with plant start-up, early operations and working in a shutdown/turnaround environment would be highly desired.
