Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform day to day Administration task of tools.
- Preform periodic version upgrade of tools.
- Work with Security team to fix vulnerabilities identified in tools (monthly basis).
- Facilitate investigation of complex technical issues.
- Identify and escalate issues and work with vendors till issue closure, provide RCA.
- Monitor instructions received or sent via internal monitoring system.
- Perform health checks, system connectivity, consistency and data integrity.
- Perform tools functionality post validation tasks after monthly server patching.
- Working with Server/Network/DB teams to on-board and configure devices in, APM.
- Create Custom Reports and dashboards in monitoring tools based on requirement.
- Configure custom alerts and actions based on requirement.
- Perform monthly automated patching for customer environment.
Requirements :
Expert Level Knowledge in below APM with minimum 6 Years of experience.
Mandate :
- Knowledge in Application monitoring tools such as Cisco AppDynamics.
- Knowledge in Application monitoring standards and domain Knowledge.
- Knowledge in WOG Environment.
- Certification in Cisco AppDynamics.
Preferable :
- Knowledge in Java, .Net applications.
- Knowledge in other monitoring or APM Tools.

Solaris Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
- Administration and troubleshooting of Unix Servers (Preferably Solaris, Linux).
- Able to install Unix servers from scratch and has good troubleshooting skills on Solaris Systems.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Unix server installations and decommissioning
- Manage high availability clustering environment.
- Performance monitoring (OS, CPU, Memory, Network and Disk) Detect, diagnose, report, and resolve Unix/Linux Server related hardware and OS problems.
- Ensure all Unix/Linux operating systems are patched to the latest appropriate releases.
- Knowledge in hardening and securing of Unix Systems Advanced level of Administration of Solaris/Linux server with cluster and RBAC knowledge Understanding of RAID, pros and cons of various RAID levels and decision making on the same in a given situation Sun/LINUX/VCS cluster configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge in SAN environment is good to have File system management and troubleshooting.
- Experience and knowledge with installing and implementing Sun hardware, Solaris Zones, Ldoms and upgrade/migration related tasks.
- Experience with automation/configuration management using Puppet.
- A working understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby).
- Preferably with any two of the given certification - Solaris and Linux Certification.
- Establish and maintain documentation and standards.
- Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.
- Ideally you have 3 to 4 years of Unix experience.
- Good to have Sun SCSA / Linux Redhat / LFCS- Linux foundation certified system administrator

Managing of Cisco Routers and Switches Catalyst 6500,4500,3750,2960 & 3560 Series.
Managing of Alcatel Switches Omni Switches 6850 & Omni Switch 9000.
Significant exposure to TACACS+, Radius, and Cisco Access Control System • Network consulting for new projects.
Implementation of new solutions and risk mitigation techniques.
Receipt, evaluation and implementation of inbound Network Access user and device provisioning/de-provisioning service requests.
Experience in managing Wireless Environment with WLAN Controller.
Experience in managing Network Access Control.
Assets risk measurement and Mitigation/Minimize risk.
Network security issue resolving approach.
Alignment with security governance team.
Perform maintenance of the network authorization infrastructure as well as network backup system.
Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activates.
Develop and documents systems standards for computer and network device.
Recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN/WAN and ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
Strong networking background and experience, with the ability to do troubleshooting of both access control and network related problems.
