Customer Relationship Manager & Business Development Manager (UAE)


POSITION IS BASED AT DUBAI (UAE)

Aspirant will be responsible for:

-Interaction for Sales, Marketing, Service Assurance, Implementation and Order Excellence

-Focal point of accountability to the client in maintaining the service relationship

-Revenue retention and growth

-Performing regular account reviews

-Initiating and delivering service improvement plans

-Providing assistance to Sales with acquiring new business and offering assistance with presentations and proposals in support of service management

-Proactively delivering new service solutions and reporting mechanisms

-Identifying Service optimization, opportunities to Sales/CRM

-Service Level Agreements and reporting reviews

-Conducting surveys and generate demand at various levels

-Supporting Sales and Operations in strategic planning and business responses to support client service requirements

-Contributing to creating competitive breakthrough strategies and plans based on problem resolution and situations

This position requires a highly skilled and Mature person with experience of sales / CRM within UAE.
