Employment duties
1.1 On position of Purchasing Specialist should be appointed qualified specialist with higher vocational (technical) education with work experience on specialist official capacity no less then 1 years or secondary vocational (technical) education and work experience on specialist official capacity no less then 3 years.
1.2 Purchasing Specialist must know:
– Relevant Agip KCO procedures and instructions;
– profile, specialization and structural features of Company;
– regulatory legal acts, regulations, instructions, other authorizing materials and documents, concerning procurement arrangements;
– fundamental principles of market-based economy;
– organizational management of procurement;
– basis of labor, financial and economy legislation;
– methods of business communication;
– methods and ways of goods quality evaluation;
– rules and procedure of commodities delivery;
– goods storage conditions and carrying;
– forms and related documentation handling procedure ;
– Principles of RoK Labor legislation;
– Rules and Standards of occupational safety, industrial sanitation and fire precaution;
– Company’s Policy in Quality, Ecology, Occupational Health and Safety field;
– Company’s Goals in Quality, Ecology, Occupational Health and Safety field.-Company regulatory documents
- To provide purchasing activity on the basis of effected contracts or Purchase Order.
- To look for potential suppliers.
- To inform Purchasing and Contracts Coordinator about necessity conclusion of purchase and sale contract.
- To perform explanatory work with suppliers about documents preparation procedure, required by financial and contracts department of the company, take measures for interfacing long-term relations with suppliers and manufacturers.
- To provide quality control of purchased goods.
- Handling of relevant documentation in accordance with purchasing procedure, ordering means of transportation in the events of necessity.
- Offer purchased goods to requestor.
- To control for compliance of occupational safety and health rules at carry out of purchasing activity.
- To Support and perform Company’s IMS documentation
