Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
To lead a team of Trainers in Technical Training Division that provides both technical and business process training. To continuously monitor skill levels of service personnel and to design & create new courses for technical and business requirements
Candidates should have good administrative knowledge of Training Centre & exposure to dealer management systems. Excellent communication & motivation skills are must.
