Main result expected of the job holder;
Develop and execute the commercial brands strategies in the Snacks or Juice or Dairy YDG or Dairy TMP categories to assure sustainable profitable growth and to build the premier food company in Kazakhstan.
List in priority order of the job’s main accountabilities;
Market Research Data and Consumer data Analyzes
Coordinate market research projects
Track brand performance against the market plan
Identify growth opportunities
Prepare and implement brand activation plan and brand communication to support existing brand in the area or to launch new brand on the market in full alignment with MM/ GM
Communication
Media planning
BTL and Promo activities
Initiate, coordinate and expedite all special activities for trade
New Product / Flavours Development
Pack development
Recommend price / size to ensure brand profitability
Communication
Participate in brand positioning development
Develop consumer and trade communication (TV and other media advertising) against to sales and brand building objectives
Develop efficient and innovative media plan
Coordinate business with outside advertising / BTL agencies
Marketing Activities Evaluation
Analyze data related to brand’s business (market share reports, media information, promotion performance) to evaluate activities performance with further recommendations
Pipe-Line
Develop and recommend concepts for brand short term and long term development
Planning
Forecast sales volume plan (monthly, AOP and IGP)
Evaluate sales plan execution (regional and channel analysis)
Budget
Lead development and execution of A&M Budget with finance
Track ensure budget compliance
