Hotel Manager


Experience: 10 to 20 yrs.

  • Implement & monitor the Performance management system in the unit.
  • Identify & develop talent through appropriate career progression plans
  • Recommend & constantly review up gradation of unit facilities, products, equipments,& services.
  • Effectuating long-term, business plans in line with core business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve a larger market share and attract new segments.

  • Impressive and effective communicator with strong leadership.
  • People management, relationship management and coordination skills.
  • Operational excellence

Accountant


Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.


  • Proper maintenance of accounts up to finalization, bank reconciliation statement, ledger scrutiny, preparation of trial balance, profit & loss A/C and balance sheet as per the statutory requirements.
  • Liasioning with internal auditors, statutory auditors, cost auditors for their smooth functioning.
  • Reconciliation of accounts of debtors & creditors on regular basis.

  • Good management and interpersonal skills.
  • An effective leader with excellent communication, analytical, team building and relationship management skills.
