Regional Sales Manager (West Africa)

1. Support and work in line with the organizations overall objectives including Sales & marketing plans and initiatives.
2. Focus on realization (collections) aspect.
3. Formulate & recommend business plan and promotion strategies for different range of products of FWA region.
4. Ensure that target is defined for no. of products to be registered.
5. Identify new products in the respective assigned markets.
6. Develop New markets in FWA countries.
7. Design, Develop and implement of annual Sales & marketing plan for FWA countries..
8. Co-ordinate effectively with internal Customers namely Production planning, Registration, HR, Legal Department, Artwork and Administration.
9. Customer Service to the external clients and internal clients.
10. Maintain information flow and quality, and respond to information requests in a timely manner.
11. Effective utilization and maximizing the usage of the available resources.
12. Ensure that all the required MIS reports are submitted on timely basis.
13. Budget & Control 
14. Responsible for Inventory Control at all levels
15. Ensure there is no out of stock situation at all country level

- Should be working with aPharmaceutical Company (formulations) at present at a Regional Manager with Country Managers and approx. 25 - 30 MRs reporting to him

- Excellent communication skills, 

- Should be aggressive, team player, Pro- active, willing to learn, computer savvy

- Should be ready to relocate to other country
