Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
Candidate will be responsible to manage the entire HR & Admin. activities from Corporate Office for all the Group Companies & Offices in east & central Africa.
Candidate will be the Group HR Manager with staff strength of over 1500 employees.
Supervising the manpower plan of the department with respect to inventory & age-skill-cadre mix.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development including recruitment and selection policy / practices, grievance, training and development, moral and motivation, performance appraisal and quality management, Staff Training Development, Payroll & Attendance Management, and Employee Compensation Benefits & Employee Relation issues.

Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.
Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Human resource department with any big manufacturing / oil & gas industry.
Candidate's having prior working experience in any African country will be preferred.
Should have good experience in Human resource, Statutory, Performance management, Compliance etc.
Must be ready to relocate at Tanzania.
