Experience: 10 to 18 yrs.
1.Responsible for managing and implementing the overall HR and L&D Strategy.
2.Providing strong leadership and direction to the HR team in different offices in ensuring consistency in policies and processes.
3. Mentoring and coaching of middle management team.
4. Providing feedback to employees on their performance against the objectives you set them.
5. Facilitating employees development to help them realize their full potential.
6. Recommending interacting with external industry members in gauging competitor intelligence.
7. Ensuring that the HR and L&D teams are sufficiently staffed according to budgets.
8.Ensuring that the manpower plans for the firm are being followed and highlighting differences on budgets versus hires to the head of function / Practice leadership team.
9.Using the best in class recruitment processes.
10.Responsible for managing the yearly compensation / benefits exercise in coordination with Business management group members.
1. Candidates with 10- 18 years experience with MBA (HR) may apply.
2. Should currently be No 2 or No 3 in the hierarchy.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
