Sales Manager for Saudi Fal Co. Ltd. (Saudi Arabia)

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
Responsibilities

Lead Measurements Division and Business Development, project pursuit and market awareness initiatives in Saudi. 

Meet or exceed territory financial objectives required in support of the divisional business plan. 

Develop a robust project pursuit process for both entity and destination project activity.

Develop and implement Business Development strategies for projects. Maintain an accurate project, pursuit list and provide monthly reports and forecasts to divisional Sales & Marketing Directors. 

Strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new relationships with key customer personnel who influence and 
make buying decisions.

Provide strong feedback to sales resources with Saudi. 
Develop and implement product and solution strategies in-line with Divisional Plans.

Improve Rosemount Measurements customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding, communicating and executing solutions to their needs.

Liase with customer, Emerson Process to prioritize effort, gather competitive intelligence and improve customer service, consistent with divisional sales strategies and account plans.
Keep up-to-date with developments and trends in products, industries and market conditions. 

Work closely with other Saudi Fal departments and Emerson Process Management Divisions.

Monthly reports on progress against targeted projects channels and key account penetration.

Lead sales personnel, take care of knowledge level, training and development.

Drive strategic account management to ensure Rosemount as the supplier of choice on target projects and accounts.

Support growth plan by gathering and internally communicate competitive and market intelligence for strategic and tactical 
plan development and provide sales support portfolio (presentations, technical proposals and exhibition equipment).

Ensure plans for the development of key sales management people.

Promote products and service.

Quality Assurance

Operate to company QA procedures / documents. Contribute to department QA procedures / documents.

Make aware to the any manager or Quality Manager or delegate any working with in a procedure which is found to be impractical or forward to the same persons any ideas or comments which they feel may be beneficial to the development of company procedures.

A minimum of 5 years within the process control industry.

B.E Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation. 

Min 5 years of relevant experience in Instrument sales. 

Work experience and familiarity within the Oil and Gas, petrochemical, will be considered highly advantageous.

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in Instrument sales and knowledge of technology.

Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails 
& submitting reports.

Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus.
